Dr Erik Fritzsche advises companies and organisations at WeichertMehner in the areas of corporate, change and ESG communication. He studied political science, history and law at the University of Excellence TU Dresden. He received his doctorate in 2016 with a thesis on organisational and institutional analysis. He has been advising and researching for actors in politics, business, administration and civil society for over ten years.
His in-depth knowledge includes questions of strategy, institutional and organisational development as well as political and operational forecasting and risk management. Since 2016, he has been chairman of a regional association for the promotion of moderate prosperity models and sustainability. He was a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the German National Academic Foundation.
As a senior consultant, he heads the ESG Risks and Resilience division.
