At WeichertMehner, Laura Rind-Menzel advises companies, public institutions and political actors with a focus on the development of methods and strategies for expert and citizen participation. She specializes in the creation of mission statements, the development of long-term strategies and the design of dialogue formats that enable effective communication between stakeholders and decision-makers.
Her expertise also includes communication in the political environment as well as consulting on change management and internal communication. Thanks to her extensive experience, she supports organizations in further developing their management and communication style and opening up new options for action.
In 2022, she completed her training as a systemic business coach and has since been helping managers to improve their leadership skills and communication strategies in a targeted manner. She also develops customized tools and measures for companies’ ESG communication, which she uses successfully in her work at WeichertMehner.
Laura Rind-Menzel studied political science, German studies and history to become a teacher at the University of Excellence TU Dresden. She then conducted research in the field of political didactics and methodology with a focus on lifelong learning, integration, transculturality and conflict and crisis intervention.
She gained her professional experience during stays abroad as an educational consultant in London and in divided Cyprus. In recent years, she has also worked in organizational development for fast-growing medium-sized companies in the automotive and ICT sectors, where she coordinated the information needs of internal and external stakeholders.
