Lilith Diringer

Lilith Diringer advises companies and organizations at WeichertMehner in the areas of acceptance communication, sustainability strategy and transformation processes. Her focus is on the development of communication solutions that make complex topics understandable and facilitate dialog between stakeholders.

With a background in International Relations (BA, TU Dresden) and Public Policy (MA, Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, USA), she combines analytical thinking with practical experience. Her positions – including at the German Aerospace Center in Washington D.C., the German UN Representation in New York City and as an international affairs consultant for various companies and institutions – shape her solution-oriented approach. As a certified rhetoric trainer and moderator, she also uses her skills at WeichertMehner, for example in accompanying stakeholder dialogs.

Lilith Diringer’s strength lies in translating strategic goals into concrete measures.
